Research Area is Applied Mathematics (Integral Equations and Solid Mechanics)
Integral Equation studies as The integral transforms are suitable in mathematical and physical application. Integral transforms are extremely effective mathematical methods for addressing a wide range of complex issues in science and engineering, including issues with population growth, heat conduction, motion of particles under gravity, vibration of beams, and radioactive decay. The solution of various engineering and scientific problems can be easily determined by representing these problems in integral equations. There are numerous analytical and numerical methods available for solving various types of integral equations. Different engineering and scientific issues can be represented as integral equations, which make it simple to find the solution.
In Solid Mechanics studied as Various branches of mathematics such as mechanics, algebra, calculus, differential equations and statistics etc. play an important role in the field of engineering and sciences. Mechanics is the oldest branch of engineering and sciences which deals with the behaviour of fluids and solids under the action of mechanical disturbances. Solid Mechanics is the branch of continuum mechanics that uses physical laws, mathematical techniques and computer algorithms to study the behaviour of solid materials specially their motion and deformation under the action of external forces, temperature changes, functional displacements, phase changes and other external and internal agents. In continuum mechanics, we study the system which have properties defined at all points in space. Several materials influenced by natural phenomina of solid mechanics. The vibrations in materials or structures are significant for practical applications in navigation, geophysics aerospace etc. In these applications cylindrical and spherical structures are repeatedly used. A material body have infnite number of minute particles packed in its dimensions to occupy space well, due to intramolecular forces. The material body is said to be continuum material body if it contains large number of particles so that the distance between two adjacent particles is negligibly in contrast to the aspect of the material body. We shall assume that the continuum hypothesis is valid if no gap has been noticed between the adjacent particles of the material body i.e., there exists a one to one correspondence between the geometrical points. Therefore, mechanics deals with the mechanical behaviour and kinematic of continuous matter is recognized as continuum mechanics.

Value Engineering for Sustainability
The manufacturing enterprises are consistently practicing to innovate and improve the design of product and process operations for sustainability and cost effectiveness. This product sustainability and cost effectiveness aspects can be achieved by investigating the specific product by value engineering for enhancing the productivity. This will help to maintain their margin and competitive advantage of the product. In today’s competitive era, the manufacturing enterprises can succeed through redesign and process engineering. One of the main reasons behind the stagnation of the any product in a dynamic marketplace is the old and rigid design, inefficient and costly processes.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR & HOD OF COMMERCE
The domain of research encompassing HRM, Marketing, and Banking is a multi-faceted field that explores the interplay between these critical sectors in business and organizational contexts. HRM (Human Resource Management) investigates the management of human capital, encompassing employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and overall workforce development. Research in this area seeks to enhance employee productivity, satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
Marketing research delves into consumer behaviour, market analysis, product development, branding, and promotional strategies. It aims to understand customer preferences, market trends, and effective marketing techniques to gain a competitive edge in the business landscape.
Banking research revolves around financial institutions, their operations, risk management, and economic impact. Topics in this domain may include banking regulations, , and the role of banks in economic development.
Integrating these three domains can lead to valuable insights into optimizing organizational performance, improving customer experience, and fostering sustainable growth in the business world. Researchers and practitioners collaborate to develop innovative approaches that drive success in this dynamic, interconnected landscape.
